Taskannah is a hyper-local service request marketplace for Coastal Georgia. It connects people who need local services (Requesters) with people who can provide them (Providers). Think of it as a community bulletin board meets TaskRabbit — built specifically for the Savannah, Hilton Head, Brunswick, and surrounding areas.
Download Taskannah from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Create an account with your email address and you're ready to go. One account gives you access to both Requester and Provider modes.
Taskannah is free to download and use as a Requester. Providers get a limited number of free job claims each month. For unlimited claims and additional features, providers can upgrade to a Pro subscription.
Payments are handled directly between the Requester and Provider, off-platform. Taskannah does not process payments or take any fees from your transactions. You agree on terms through in-app chat and handle payment however works best for both parties (cash, Venmo, Zelle, etc.).
Taskannah currently serves Coastal Georgia including Savannah, Hilton Head, Brunswick, Pooler, Hinesville, Pembroke, Tybee Island, Ellabell, Midway, Ludowici, Rincon, and Statesboro. We're expanding to more areas soon!
Yes! Taskannah uses a dual-mode system. With one account, you can toggle between Requester and Provider mode anytime. Need help today? Request it. Want to earn money tomorrow? Switch to Provider mode and browse the job board.
When posting a request, you can specify how many providers you need. For example, if you're moving and need 3 people to help, you can set the headcount to 3. Providers can claim the job individually, and partial fills are allowed — so even if only 2 of 3 spots are filled, the job can still proceed.
After a job is completed, both the Requester and Provider can leave a rating and review for each other. This builds trust within the community and helps others make informed decisions. Ratings are visible on user profiles.
You can report issues directly within the app by going to the user's profile and selecting "Report." You can also contact our support team at support@taskannah.com or use our contact form. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
You can delete your account from the Profile screen in the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account. You can also email support@taskannah.com to request account deletion. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
